- We have proven experience in recruitment and subsequently have an extensive database of qualified applicants that could fill your requirements.
- You can have the advantage of hiring someone on a temporary or full time basis and when the work is available, with no ongoing commitment.
- We hire out temporary and contractual labour to you at competitive rates.
- We take responsibility for the wages, in accordance with the minimum wage regulations set out by the Basic Conditions of the Employment Act or Industrial Council, exempting you our client, and us from any Legal Actions in this regard.
- We are aware that with current labour laws it will be a lengthy and costly exercise to outsource your staff.
We therefore offer you an alternative as follows:
- We take over your payroll, pay all workers and provide them with pay slips.
- We deduct all required statutory payments and pay over to the different institutions.
- We also provide you with all Human Resources services for example:
- employment screening
- labour relations
- performance appraisals
- disciplinary and grievance procedures
- hearings
- policy development
- UIF applications
- This will enable you to gradually outsource your staff as we will replace members that resign and fill any open positions for you as and when they become available.
- For our services we charge you a percentage of your gross payroll.
- We invoice you and you pay us on the terms agreed upon.
